I watched A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood last night and now absolutely must watch the documentary. This is a quote from an award acceptance speech he gave many years ago.

Mr. Rogers was so gifted at so many things, not the least of which, the art of the reframe. He was able to look at a situation and make it make sense, while keeping his thoughts and reactions about him at what seemed to be all times. My new goal is to use some of his coping techniques for frustration and anger, especially in this difficult and unknowing time. Thank you, Mr. Rogers!
